By providing your phone number, you expressly consent to receive phone calls and/or text messages from us. Any phone calls and/or text messages delivered to your phone or device may cause you to incur additional data, text messaging, or other charges through your telecommunications provider. You are solely responsible for any charges incurred as a result of phone and/or text communications with Adjuvate.
Any and all communication transmitted to us by email or otherwise, including all data, questions, comments, suggestions, will be considered non-confidential and non-proprietary. Except to the extent expressly laid out in this Policy, anything you transmit or post may be used by us for any purpose deemed suitable by Adjuvate employees. No Rights of Third Parties
Our servers are located and maintained within Australia. By using the Service, you freely and specifically give us your consent to export, store and use your personally identifiable information within Australia as specified by this Policy. You understand and agree that data stored in Australia may be subject to lawful requests by the courts or law enforcement authorities within Australia.
